Description
The Manager CNC Programming Leader will provide technical leadership to CNC programming staff while developing and executing advanced multi-axis and 5-axis CNC programs. The role collaborates with engineering teams, improves programming workflows and cycle times, solves complex machining problems, and supports continuous improvement in a precision manufacturing environment focused on aerospace components and precision equipment. The position is full-time and on-site in Buffalo, with an annual compensation range of $145,000 to $185,000, health and retirement benefits, paid time off, and relocation assistance.
