Description
Generac Home is hiring a Manager Codes & Standards to lead installation-code influence, advisory and training programs, installation-information quality, AHJ inquiry responses, and team leadership. The role manages NEC, NFPA, and CSA code activities; maintains code-change watchlists; coordinates advisory sessions; oversees documentation and QA workflows; and owns a 24-hour initial-response process for code inquiries. It requires a high school diploma or GED, Master Electrician certification or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and at least 8 years of relevant electrical, installation, or code experience plus 2 years of people leadership or supervisory experience. The role may be 100% remote with a preferred location of Pewaukee, Wisconsin, and does not offer OPT or H1B sponsorship.
