Alcon is seeking a Manager Commercial Excellence / Sales Effectiveness to strengthen their DACH team. This role involves supporting the Sales and Marketing Leadership team by providing data, systems, and process insights, driving commercial capability development, and acting as the central point of contact for CRM, analytics, go-to-market processes, and sales effectiveness. The manager will advise leadership with sound insights, steer key systems and processes, and implement international standards.
