JumpCloud is hiring a remote Commissions Manager in India to oversee the end-to-end commission lifecycle, including strategic plan design, payout calculations, exception and deal-attribution management, statement delivery, data pipelines, AI-driven anomaly detection, analytics, and sales-representative communication. The role requires incentive-plan design, commission processing, advanced data analysis, commission-management software, and strong analytical and communication skills; SaaS sales compensation and AI/automation experience are bonuses. The position is remote within India and requires fluent English.
