Mather is hiring a full-time, salaried hybrid Manager, Community Ambassador Programs to design, pilot, and scale an Older Adults as Contributors model. The role will develop ambassador and peer-led program formats, recruit and train volunteers and ambassadors, support delivery across Chicagoland partner sites, track engagement, and build community partnerships. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of volunteer or program management experience, experience working with older adults, strong communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to travel throughout Chicagoland. The position pays $82,000–$87,000 USD and includes benefits such as paid time off, a 401(k) match, wellness spending, and medical, dental, and vision plans.
