GoFundMe is hiring a Compensation Manager to lead the execution of its GFM Way of Compensation initiative, including job architecture, leveling, market benchmarking, salary structure design, compensation modeling, and rollout. The role also owns compensation operations, including offer reviews, promotions, HRIS administration, reporting, inquiries, bonus programs, and cross-functional partnerships with People, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Equity. Candidates need at least eight years of progressive compensation experience in a high-growth or technology environment, along with expertise in job architecture, market data, salary modeling, global compensation, HRIS systems, and compensation automation. The full-time position offers an annual U.S. salary range of $142,500 to $213,500, plus equity and benefits.
