Description
Minto is hiring a Manager, Complex Accounting in Ottawa, Ontario, reporting to the Director, Financial Reporting. The role reviews and analyzes complex financial transactions and accounting issues, prepares technical memos, implements IFRS and ASPE standards, advises business units and finance teams, coordinates audits, leads change initiatives and reporting automation, and provides leadership to ensure accurate financial statements and reports. The position requires a CPA designation, at least seven years of progressive technical accounting experience involving IFRS or ASPE, and experience leading finance professionals; public practice or real estate experience is an asset. The hiring pay range is $120,000 to $140,000.
