Pathward is hiring a Manager, Complex Investigations Unit to lead a team of investigators handling complex, high-risk financial crime matters across AML, sanctions, and fraud. The role manages investigation intake, escalation, workload, quality, regulatory defensibility, SAR decisioning, team performance, training, and cross-functional regulatory support. It requires a bachelor's degree, CAMS or equivalent AML certification strongly preferred, at least seven years of BSA/AML, sanctions, or fraud investigation experience, and at least two years of direct people management experience. The role is hybrid and remote-office, with onsite locations in Sioux Falls, Phoenix, Louisville, Troy, Franklin, and Easton, and offers a salary range of $72,000 to $120,000 plus an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
