The Manager, Compliance & Risk Management will lead governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and related advisory activities for Moomoo, including policy development, regulatory reporting, transaction monitoring, trade surveillance, stakeholder management, and oversight of a small team. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of relevant compliance experience, knowledge of capital market regulations, and proficiency in English and Malay.
