Description
KDC-ONE is hiring a full-time Compounder Manager to lead the Compounding department at kdc/one Groveport. The role oversees daily compounding operations, batch and trial schedules, safety, quality, productivity, cost, and continuous improvement; manages employees, budgets, inventory, scrap, and downtime; leads investigations and corrective actions; and partners with Quality, Engineering, HR, and Operations. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related technical field, or 10 years of prior compounding experience in lieu of the degree, plus three to five years of progressive chemical compounding experience and at least five years of supervisory experience.
