Description
Techno is hiring a Manager, Comptroller to support its finance team through hands-on accounting operations, project accounting, cash flow and working capital management, asset-based lending support, and financial reporting. The role supervises accounting professionals and associates, establishes internal controls and scalable processes, and provides financial analysis to senior leadership. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 5–10+ years of relevant experience, FAR knowledge, and experience with ERP systems and Excel; AEC, engineering, or construction services experience is preferred. Compensation is $115,000–$150,000 per year, with retirement, health, dental, life, and vision insurance, paid time off, FSA and transit benefits, bonuses, and potential profit sharing.
