Description
The Manager, Concessions oversees food and beverage concessions at the Bojangles Entertainment Complex, including labor and menu costs, equipment maintenance, sanitation, cash handling, inventory, POS operations, marketing, customer service, and staff scheduling, training, and performance. The role supervises part-time employees, including up to 75 concession workers during events, and requires a high school diploma or GED, three to four years of related experience or training, and two to three years of people-management or supervisory experience.
