Gartner is hiring a Manager, Future Planning to prepare its Conferences business for growth through accurate reporting, strategic planning, and management of program and exhibitor inventory. The role supports exhibitor operations and sales inventory, develops planning tools and reporting frameworks, automates workflows using Excel and VBA, improves data connectivity, supports program budgets, and partners with stakeholders on analytics. The position requires advanced Excel and VBA skills, dashboard and visualization experience, strong analytical and communication abilities, and willingness to travel for onsite conference delivery; conference and event planning experience is preferred, along with at least four years of progressive business experience.
