MN8 Energy is hiring a Consolidations Lead to manage and support the consolidated corporate accounting close across multiple legal entities, portfolios, and reporting dimensions. The role covers intercompany eliminations, journal-entry review, financial statement support, consolidated analytics and variance analysis, Oracle ERP/EPM systems and financial master data governance, SOX controls, audit support, and finance transformation initiatives. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, at least five years of progressive accounting experience or three years of public accounting experience, strong multi-entity consolidation accounting knowledge, and familiarity with Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM/FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and Smart View. The role follows a hybrid schedule in the office Tuesday through Thursday, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
