Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group is hiring a Manager, Constraints Governance & Process Engineering to build and scale a portfolio compliance capability focused on investment restrictions. The role will develop governance frameworks, workflows, controls, automation, reporting, and documentation; partner with Portfolio Compliance, Front Office, Product, Legal, and Operations; and lead process improvement, technology implementation, testing, change management, and strategic initiatives. Candidates need at least five years of experience in asset management or a related discipline, with expertise in process design, investment restriction governance, automation, Power Platform, and Power BI. The position offers a base salary of $110,000 to $160,000 plus an annual performance bonus and is marked hybrid.
