BBF Generalbau is hiring a Manager – Construction Estimating (General Contractor Projects) to lead the estimating function for a growing general contractor. The role covers tender and contract cost estimating, work preparation, quantity determination, bills of quantities, subcontractor evaluation, negotiation, proposal presentations, team leadership, and RIB iTWO data maintenance. Candidates need construction, architecture, building economics, or industrial engineering education; several years of estimating and work-preparation experience; RIB iTWO or BRZ proficiency; German C1; and strong communication and negotiation skills.
