Description
Geronimo Power is hiring a Manager, Construction Projects to lead construction execution for utility-scale renewable energy projects from pre-construction through commercial operation and handoff to Operations. The role owns budgets, bidding, contracting, schedules, forecasts, field execution, quality, safety, project controls, compliance, and cross-functional coordination, while supporting portfolio planning and Stage Gate readiness. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, typically 8+ years of progressive construction, engineering, or project-delivery experience, and 30–40% travel to project sites. Compensation is $150,000–$185,000 plus a 25% target annual bonus, with health, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
