Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Construction Quality Manager to develop and manage the quality management system for large-scale industrial construction projects, including semiconductor, data center, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, and high-tech infrastructure projects. The role leads QA/QC activities across civil, structural, MEP, cleanroom, utility, and other systems; oversees contractor and supplier quality; conducts audits and inspections; manages nonconformances, corrective actions, testing, documentation, and handover; and coordinates with engineering, procurement, commissioning, safety, and project controls teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or construction discipline, 12–15+ years of construction quality management experience, and at least 5 years leading QA/QC teams on mega construction projects.
