The Manager, Content Developer leads qualification development strategy and execution for International Qualifications, including academic qualification design, assessment strategy, regulatory compliance, product development pipelines, and support materials. The role manages Product Developers, coordinates with product, assessment, accreditation, and other internal stakeholders, supports budgeting and forecasting, and drives innovation and team capability. It requires strong education-sector knowledge, qualification and product development, project management, assessment, stakeholder-influence, and budgeting experience, and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
