Description
Jazwares is hiring a Manager of Continuous Process Improvement to lead operational excellence across the organization. The role manages concurrent process improvement and automation initiatives, applies Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies, maps and standardizes workflows, partners with IT, BI, and other cross-functional teams, implements RACI frameworks, tracks KPIs, builds business cases, and drives change management and staff training. The position requires at least seven years of relevant experience, an active Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification, and strong stakeholder, analytical, and facilitation skills. It offers a flexible schedule with Monday through Thursday on-site work, optional Friday work-from-home, and up to 20 fully remote workdays per year.
