Description
The Contracts Manager will oversee the administrative lifecycle and operational coordination of contracts, including COUPA CLM workflow administration, intake reviews, routing, approvals, renewals, amendments, terminations, risk mitigation, reporting, and revenue-based contract coordination. The role collaborates with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and Program leadership and requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5+ years of contract management or similar experience, and 3–5+ years of nonprofit experience.
