Carrier is hiring a full-time Manager Controls in Bangalore to manage BMS controls projects across sales solution architecture, design, presales, revenue recognition, margin protection, collections, and customer issue resolution. The role requires a B.E./B.Tech in a relevant discipline and 8–12 years of BMS/Controls experience, including design and presales exposure and ownership of commercial metrics. Responsibilities include DDC panel and BACnet/Modbus/LonWorks design, healthcare and data-center BMS pursuits, BOQ and proposal support, and regional project reporting.
