Description
Trex is hiring a full-time Manager, Controls Engineering in Little Rock, Arkansas, to lead the controls engineering department and oversee the design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of control systems for industrial processes. The role manages controls engineers, technicians, and contractors; sets departmental goals; leads cross-functional integration; provides technical guidance; and oversees budgets, resources, and project timelines. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a computer-related field, at least five years of controls design and programming experience in a manufacturing environment, and expertise in PLC programming, SCADA, control network design, advanced control strategies, project management, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD 2D. The base salary is $115,000–$165,000 annually, with additional bonus and benefits.
