Description
Anduril Industries is hiring a Manager of Controls Engineering to lead and grow the Controls Engineering team supporting solid rocket motor production at its McHenry, Mississippi plant. The role owns the facility’s automation and controls project portfolio, manages capital and continuous improvement projects, coordinates with Operations and Manufacturing Engineering, enforces control system standards and regulatory compliance, oversees functional safety projects, and leads root-cause analysis and corrective actions for automation downtime. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least eight years of production controls and automation experience, Siemens PLC programming knowledge, and experience with risk assessments, safety design, SCADA, OT networking, and electrical safety practices.
