Bloomerang is hiring a Manager, Conversion Data Analytics to lead, coach, and develop a team of Conversion Data Analysts responsible for post-sale conversion journeys. The role owns delivery outcomes, prioritization, quality, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with Leaders, Project Managers, Engineering, Product, and Support. It requires 3–4 years of data analytics or conversion delivery experience, at least one year as a Senior or Lead Conversion Data Analyst, people leadership experience, SQL, Excel, data validation, CRM, and conversion tooling proficiency. The position is permanent, full-time, and fully remote within the United States and select Canadian provinces, with a salary range of $85,000–$95,000 and health, vision, dental, retirement, and paid time-off benefits.
