Description
The Manager Conversion Payroll will oversee production, performance management, coaching, feedback, and partner engagement for Payroll service teams at Empower India. The role supports payroll implementation, online and automatic enrollment, and feedback services for new and existing clients, prepares management reports and dashboards, maintains policies and procedures, and leads hiring, training, performance evaluations, stakeholder communication, risk identification, audits, and project management. It requires 7 to 10 years of industry experience in asset management and US retirement defined-contribution plans, along with people and stakeholder management skills.
