Description
The Manager, Cornerstone Residence Program will oversee Opportunities Yukon’s supported independent living program at the Cornerstone Community Residence, including operational planning, health and safety, staff recruitment, training, supervision, client support-plan coordination, and collaboration with health and social services. The role works between an office and client residences, requires a regular weekday schedule with periodic on-call evening and weekend support, and offers a salary range of $90,000–$105,000 DOE. A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, recreational therapy, or a related field is desired, along with experience managing staff and supporting multidisciplinary teams; the posting closes September 14, 2026.
