Description
The Manager leads and oversees a team delivering high-quality accounting services, including complex corporate accounting deliverables, financial statements, GL reconciliation, AP/AR, RTR, intercompany accounting, and MANCO accounts. The role manages performance, KPIs, resource allocation, quality assurance, stakeholder relationships, and technical guidance while developing staff capabilities. It requires an MBA, accounting or finance knowledge, U.S. GAAP understanding, and hands-on experience with NetSuite, Sage, or QuickBooks.
