Fortive is hiring a Manager, Corporate Development to support global M&A efforts across its business segments. The role involves identifying and evaluating acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities; conducting due diligence; building financial models and valuations; coordinating deal execution with internal and external teams; and supporting post-closing integration. The position requires 2–3 years of M&A experience, a BS or BA, strong financial and analytical skills, and knowledge of valuation methodologies. The salary range is 131,215–219,075.00 in local currency, with bonus eligibility.
