Intuit is hiring a Manager for its Corporate Development team within Corporate Strategy and Development. The role focuses on leading M&A and broader inorganic growth initiatives, including market scans, target valuation, due diligence, negotiations, integration planning, and presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership. The position requires prior experience in corporate development, venture capital/private equity, or investment banking, strong valuation and analytical skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management, and the ability to leverage AI and advanced technologies to improve deal evaluation and strategic analysis.
