Take-Two Interactive is hiring a Manager to join its Corporate Development & Strategy team. The role supports M&A, investments, strategic initiatives, and the company’s long-term strategy through financial modeling, industry and competitor research, due diligence, and presentations for senior management and the Board. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, strong financial modeling and valuation skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilities, and excellent analytical and communication skills. The position is based in New York and offers a starting annual base salary of $103,700 to $153,500, plus potential bonus and equity awards.
