Adobe is hiring an M&A Integration Manager to support acquisitions from pre-close diligence through post-merger integration planning and execution. The role partners with executives and business-unit leaders, evaluates integration risks, develops integration strategies and roadmaps, tracks financial and operational performance, presents updates to senior leadership, and governs the integration team. Candidates need an undergraduate or graduate degree, preferably an MBA, at least five years of M&A integration experience, strong program management and analytical skills, and expertise with M&A tools, data rooms, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
