Americhem is hiring a Manager, Corporate Development to advance its inorganic growth strategy by identifying, evaluating, and managing mergers and acquisitions opportunities. The role assesses strategic, technical, financial, product, manufacturing, and market fit; develops acquisition recommendations; collaborates with R&D, commercial, operations, and finance teams; supports due diligence and transaction execution; and maintains a pipeline of qualified targets. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree and at least five years of progressive experience in specialty chemicals, polymers, plastics, manufacturing, or a related industrial sector.
