Description
The Commercial Real Estate Servicing Manager will oversee a team of Asset Managers and Portfolio Managers responsible for commercial real estate loan servicing. The role manages borrower and investor escalations, portfolio risk and covenant monitoring, reporting, contract compliance, process improvements, and team development. It requires at least 10 years of CRE loan servicing experience, strong knowledge of CRE loan lifecycles and reporting systems, and the ability to handle complex calculations and confidential information. The position offers a base salary of $115,000 to $130,000 per year plus a potential 15% annual performance bonus.
