Description
The Credit & Collections Manager leads the U.S. Accounts Receivable organization by handling collections, resolving billing and payment issues, improving cash conversion and working capital, developing AR processes and training, supporting HighRadius and Levelset adoption, and coaching AR Specialists. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, at least 10 years of progressive experience in AR, Credit, Collections, or Order-to-Cash, and experience managing general contractor accounts in a project-based business. Compensation is estimated at $100,000 to $120,000, with health, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
