Description
Incora is hiring a Customer Program Manager II to lead customer-facing supply chain programs in an aerospace distribution environment. The role manages program operations, inventory and stocking strategies, budgets, facility workflows, customer and supplier relationships, team performance, training, process improvements, compliance, and operational reporting. It requires at least five years of related experience, prior management or supervisory experience, knowledge of Incora’s supply chain and distribution processes, familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100, and the ability to work in both office and warehouse settings.
