Description
The OMS Account Manager serves as the primary contact for assigned customers, coordinating global origins and destinations, supporting AP operations offices, analyzing customer performance, driving corrective actions, conducting customer meetings, training stakeholders, and maintaining operational documentation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in logistics, at least 2–3 years of relevant supply chain, logistics, freight forwarding, or account management experience, strong English and Chinese communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. OMS operations, order management systems, or supply chain visibility experience is advantageous. The position involves a full English interview and salary negotiation.
