Syndigo is hiring a remote Manager, Customer Success (Brands) for candidates located in Germany. The role owns post‑sales customer retention, expansion, advocacy, renewal readiness, risk mitigation, adoption, and value realization across the Brands portfolio, while leading and developing a team of eight Customer Success Managers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 4–5 years of Customer Success leadership experience, commercial and data-driven skills, and approximately 15–25% travel. The budgeted salary range is €125,000–€156,398 EUR, with eligible commission of €27,279 EUR.
