Description
Sol de Janeiro is hiring a Manager, Customer Supply Chain Collaboration – Amazon to own and scale Amazon operational excellence across the United States and United Kingdom. The role manages Seller Central and/or Vendor Central account health, compliance, inbound execution, inventory controls, financial reconciliation, peak-event readiness, logistics KPIs, transfer orders, returns, and cross-channel process improvements. It partners with Finance, Planning, IT, Customer Experience, 3PL partners, and senior Amazon leadership, and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience, strong operational and financial acumen, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 USD.
