Description
The Manager, Cybersecurity leads COPC’s multi-site healthcare cybersecurity program, overseeing security operations, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, identity and access controls, compliance, vendor risk, security awareness, and security tooling. The role manages analysts and engineers, partners with IT, compliance, clinical, and executive stakeholders, and serves as the primary escalation point for security incidents. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of cybersecurity experience, current CISSP or CISM certification, at least two years of leadership experience, and healthcare or another highly regulated industry experience.
