Description
Alliant Energy is hiring a Manager of Cybersecurity Architecture & Engineering to lead enterprise security architecture and engineering across IT and operational technology environments. The role owns security standards, cloud security, Zero Trust adoption, AI governance, network segmentation, threat modeling, security monitoring and automation reliability, regulatory alignment, and security architecture roadmaps, while supervising employees and contractors, mentoring security engineers, and leading enterprise initiatives. The position requires at least 7 years of cybersecurity experience, including 3 years leading enterprise security architecture or engineering initiatives; a master's degree and professional certifications are preferred. The stated pay range is $128,000–$176,000 annually.
