Beghou is hiring a Patient Data Aggregator to securely collect, clean, standardize, and aggregate sensitive patient data from electronic health records, laboratory systems, and external databases. The role applies tokenization and expert-determination de-identification methods, maintains HIPAA- and HISEC-compliant data pipelines, supports research and external data-sharing initiatives, and uses Python and PySpark to build aggregation solutions. The position also manages multiple projects, coordinates with clients and internal teams, and requires a relevant engineering or master’s degree, at least six years of consulting experience, and familiarity with high-security data frameworks.
