Description
Parexel is hiring a Manager for Data Aggregation & Distribution L2 Support to lead a team of technical support specialists delivering L2 operational support for data ingestion, engineering, and distribution. The role oversees support operations, escalations, service levels, stakeholder collaboration, documentation, and continuous improvement across Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Denodo, and Power BI. It is based in the United Kingdom or Poland and can be fully home-based and remote within those locations. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong people-management and cloud-data-platform experience, and experience managing L2 support functions and teams of 10 or more.
