Parexel is hiring a Manager for Data Aggregation & Distribution L2 Support to lead a team of 14 L2 data support specialists and manage technical support for clinical research data pipelines. The role oversees pipeline reliability, issue resolution, service-level performance, stakeholder collaboration, process improvement, and compliance across Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Denodo, and Power BI environments. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2–5 years managing technical support or data operations teams, hands-on cloud data platform experience, and experience with Medallion Architecture-based data lakes. The position is remote.
