Cohere Health is hiring a Healthcare Analytics Manager to lead analytics and clinical configuration strategy for its auto-decisioning platform. The role owns end-to-end analytics solutions and new-client implementations, translates business needs into analytical frameworks, builds and scales reporting and machine-learning solutions, partners with data governance, and manages and mentors a high-performing analytics team. It requires 5+ years of healthcare analytics management experience, 7+ years of data science, analytics, and governance experience, Python and SQL proficiency, and a strong record of building and scaling analytics teams.
