Xometry is hiring a Manager or Staff-level Data Analyst, Pricing and Yield Management to lead supplier-side yield, monetization, and pricing analytics. Reporting to the Director of Data Engineering and Analytics in Bethesda, Maryland, the role owns pricing strategy, ad monetization, category and keyword performance, retention and churn analytics, AI-powered modeling, and A/B testing. The position requires a quantitative bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience or a master's degree with 5+ years, along with extensive pricing, machine learning, SQL, Snowflake, dbt, Looker, and A/B testing experience. The estimated base salary is $135,000–$160,000 annually plus bonus, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
