DoorDash is hiring a Manager of Data & Analytics to lead a four-person team of analysts and engineers responsible for data products, AI systems, reporting infrastructure, and the broader data value chain. The role combines people leadership with senior technical work, including coaching staff, owning the analytics roadmap, partnering with executive stakeholders, translating GTM problems into technical solutions, and contributing to AI developer infrastructure. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations in the In-Store organization and requires a relevant degree, at least six years of data analytics or BI engineering experience, people-management experience, enterprise data infrastructure expertise, and modern AI/ML fluency. The national base pay range is $141,400–$208,000 USD, with equity opportunities and comprehensive benefits.
