Description
Ensono is hiring a Technical Operations Manager to lead Mainframe and Distributed Data Center Operations for client engagements. The role manages production support, automation, monitoring, SLAs, incident and change management, risk mitigation, service delivery, and continuous improvement; provides technical guidance; mentors and leads data center operations staff; and works with customers and management. The position is in person five days per week at Morrisville, North Carolina, with the ability to work remotely most of the time if client-site work is not required. It requires 10+ years of mainframe operations experience, including at least 5 years in leadership or management, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to work overnight or third shift. The stated annual base salary is $70,000 to $110,000, with potential bonus, sales-incentive, and equity compensation.
