Lighthouse is hiring a Data Engineering Manager in Belgium for a full-time hybrid role. The manager will lead a team of data engineers responsible for end-to-end ingestion and transformation of large-scale hospitality data, including streaming and batch pipelines, data quality, observability, reliability, and architectural improvements. The role requires hands-on data engineering experience, people leadership, Python proficiency, and knowledge of cloud data technologies such as Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Spanner, Pub/Sub, and Kubernetes.
