Lighthouse is hiring a full-time remote Data Engineering Manager in Spain to lead a team responsible for end-to-end data ingestion, transformation, and the scaling of streaming and batch pipelines. The role combines hands-on data engineering with people management, architecture, delivery, data quality, observability, and reliability improvements, while collaborating with product, engineering, support, and business teams. Candidates should have strong data engineering and people leadership experience, proficiency in Python, and knowledge of cloud data technologies such as Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Spanner, Pub/Sub, and Kubernetes.
